Gym Class Heroes has just released their new single just in time for this year's Valentine's Day celebration. So now all the love sick puppies can dedicate this song to their GFs. I am of course referring to Cupid's Chokehold.

I have to thank Dzul for introducing me to this anime series, "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya". When i saw the first few minutes of the first episode, i freaked out and thought it was some awful crappy shit anime. But because Dzul recommended it, i sat through and was pleasantly surprised at the end of it all ;)

One of the pleasant surprises was this awesome song from the anime, God Knows. It will of course be much more meaningful if you have watched the anime from start to end, in the order intended by the anime makers. (The anime was not aired in chronological order. Cleverly done so to make it more interesting and have a better climax for the final episode.)

Anyway, back to the song. I have been listening to a lot of J-Rock/J-Pop from anime series and this might be the reason why i like this song a lot .... Nahhh .. its a great song, period. Also, for any budding musicians or anyone who is part of a band, i highly recommend watching the anime "Beck". Not to be confused with the singer Beck. I saw Beck a few years ago and it rocks. Literally.
